Monthly lease arrangement. Full operational use of the domain without ownership transfer. Via contract and Escrow.

Lease to Own
Monthly payments applied toward full acquisition price. Available via Afternic or Escrow.

Revenue Share
Partnership arrangement. Revenue share in exchange for exclusive domain use and co-development rights. Via contract and Escrow.

Portfolio Acquisition
Acquisition of a defined cluster or full vertical namespace. Institutional and strategic buyers only. Via contract and Escrow.
Structure VII
Equity Partnership
JetJade contributes the domain. The acquiring party builds the company on it. JetJade holds an equity stake — 4.18%–9.4%, negotiated based on domain valuation relative to projected company size.
A non-refundable signing fee of $5,000 is due at the time of agreement. The first 12 months are waived — no payments, no revenue obligations during the buildout period. Revenue participation commences month 13.
JetJade retains legal ownership of the domain until exit. The domain transfers only upon settlement of the agreed equity stake — acquisition, IPO, or liquidity event.
